Our private backyard is ready for you to enjoy - complete with plenty of chaise loungers, seating, futons and a king sixe bed for outdoor sexy times. Lounge in the hammock, float in the pool or get slippery in the hot tub!



Enjoy all the things you love about our parties with a delicious, off the hook, deluxe buffet with chicken thighs, finger locking pork ribs, cheesy potatos, fresh fruit and more! For dessert an assortment of yummy treats to choose from to satisfy that sweet tooth! It wouldn't be the same without a refreshing house shots to enjoy as well!



Our drink stations are complete with everything you need but the alcohol of your choice! Sodas, mixers, energy drinks, waters, ice and cups! Feel free to bring your own ice chest or use our community ones to keep your drinks frosty and delicious.



Inside, we have 3 bathrooms, private and group play areas stocked with condoms, lube and plenty of sheets, as well as a dance floor so you can get your sexy groove on all night long!



This party will be strictly limited to confirmed couples and a small number of singles to ensure the safest and most comfortable play party possible.

If you're coming in from out of town, the nearest hotels are in the Cal Expo/Arden area, Roseville is a bit further, but a bit nicer :)
